This application is actually Stocks And Weather Today. However, if purchased, the registration key supplied will only enable stock functionality. Weather functionality is available in demo mode only. The vast majority of our customers want both weather and stocks on their Today screen. However, we did have some requests for just one or the other. That is why we made StocksToday and Weather Today. These applications allow users to pay for just the functionality that they need. Weather functionality is available in demo mode only. If you purchase Stocks Today and later want the entire functionality of Stocks And Weather Today then all you have to do is purchase the Weather Today key. You will then have all the functionality of Stocks And Weather Today (however, it is cheaper just to purchase a Stocks And Weather registration key).

StockToday is actually 3 applications built into 1. 

1. Stock Application: Monitor up to 60 stocks right on your today screen.
2. Weather Application (demo mode only): Monitor the weather for up to 6 cities right on your today screen.
3. Theme Switcher (demo mode only): Automatically display a theme which matches the current weather outside.

Stock Functionality

• Track up to 60 stocks.

• Set up to 60 alerts for any of the stocks you are tracking. Sample alerts are as follows:

•     Notify me if LU changes by 5% in a given day

•     Notify me if LU increases by 10% in a given day

•     Notify me if LU decreases by 15% in a given day

•     Notify me if LU crosses $5.00

•     Notify me if LU is above $5.00

•     Notify me if LU is below $3.00

• When any of the conditions occur, a screen pop will appear on your today screen

• Get detailed trading information with a single tap.

• Automatically launch Pocket Internet Explorer and be taken to a web page which has detailed financial information about the stock (e.g., charts, analysts recommendation, etc.).

Weather Functionality (demo mode only)

• Monitor the weather for up to 6 cities (US and international)

•     Track US city by zip code (80020) or city, st (e.g., Denver, CO)

•     Track International city by selecting country name from a list followed by cities from a secondary list. No need to know postal codes or longitude/latitude of the city.

• Get multi day forecast information.

• Get detailed weather information via a single tap.

• Get hazardous weather alerts (US cities only).

• Display local time of day for each city being tracked.

•     Ability to turn off the local time.

• Go directly to NOAA to get extremely detailed information (including current radar images)

• Configure the application to automatically display a theme which matches the weather outside.

•     Fully configurable. You can specify how often the theme is changed or turn theme switching off entirely.

•     Over 100 weather related themes are available for free (see below).

Trial version is fully functional. However, after a period of time, stocks will revert to preset values. Once a valid license key is entered your stock information will be restored (no need to re-enter the data).
